The "Manchester Bargaining Unit" is the biggest group of staff who have so far won union recognition and collective bargaining with Fujitsu through Unite. It covers Fujitsu Services Limited employees who are contractually based at the Central Park site in Manchester, staff contractually based at home (HOM99) who live within 30 miles, plus a small group of other HOM99 staff (for historical reasons).
Manchester members have won a wide range of agreements over the years, improving the rights, pay and conditions of Manchester staff.
